Gaining perspective on what is available now and the near future, viewing spaces of interest, putting an offer on the chosen space, as well as negotiations are only a few of the many steps needed to secure a new tenancy.

Future-proof yourself by selecting a space of adequate location, size and configuration
Many businesses secure a big enough space for the following 1-2 years, however, find themselves needing to move again soon after due to expansion. Even if an option is at the top end of the budget, or is a little large initially, it is imperative to recognize that the extra space will be utilized in the years to come.

Use a space planner

This allows businesses to optimise all the space you have in the most efficient manner. A space of suitable size can work adequately for any business; however, the final configuration will determine how much value a business can truly derive.
